Fundamentals of Handball - Stage 1
Course Overview:
“Coaching the Fundamentals of Handball” is designed to enable coaches to deliver handball at a recreational level through small-sided games.
You will learn some of the basic sport specific skills required within handball as well as some of the fundamental movement skills players need to play and develop within the sport.
More importantly it will enable coaches to create an engaging environment where young players can develop their love of handball in a safe, enjoyable, and equitable environment.
Course Costs: £100*
Course Length: 2 Hours
Entry Requirements: Age 16+
Course Numbers: Minimum 8 / Maximum 20
Facilities Required: Sports Hall / Outdoor 3G Area
